Buyer-side coordination
About Custom Life Jacket Sourcing
Our purpose is to turn a life jacket purchasing request into a clear conversation with possible suppliers. We organize specifications, evidence questions and quotation differences so the buyer can decide what still needs confirmation.

Independent sourcing service for business procurement. Supplier quotations, product evidence and buyer approval remain separate responsibilities.
Service scope and the evidence it depends on
Clarify the request
We help organize product description, water activity, user profile, requested dimensions and size run. Buyers set the mandatory requirements and identify acceptable alternatives. A product keyword can guide the inquiry, but it does not determine suitability.
Keep supplier answers attributable
Each proposed item needs a model reference and a supplier response on construction, MOQ, pack ratio and quotation validity. Record the original response and unresolved questions so a later revision does not silently change the buying scope.
Compare an equivalent basis
Review the quantity unit, variant split, artwork, cartons and delivery scope before comparing unit prices. A lower price can accompany fewer included services or different packing; disclose those differences before presenting a purchasing choice.
Leave approval with the buyer
Samples and exact-item test evidence support a review process. They are not interchangeable: a sample shows the item provided, while documents describe a stated model and scope that still need to be matched and assessed.
A traceable path through changing requirements
Use a reference and date for each stage. If a closure, size label or branding placement changes, ask which quotation and sample remain applicable. A related product document cannot close an open question about the final configuration.
Status vocabulary matters: requested means a question has been sent; supplied means a document has been received; reviewed means a named reviewer has assessed its scope. None of those labels alone proves product approval, delivery or safety performance.
This site publishes no factory ownership, stock count, certification or customer outcome. The sourcing method explains the coordination steps, and the procurement article gives a written preparation route.
