Procurement communication
Send a business requirement through the form below. We use your brief to organize supplier questions about product specifications, variant quantities and the intended US destination.
State the US delivery location in your request. This is a buyer-side sourcing service; the illustration shows the communication process rather than an office or warehouse location.
Describe the intended water activity and user group, then list the model characteristics and size run you want suppliers to address. Unknown dimensions or construction details may be marked for discussion.
Provide your name, company and work email. A phone number is optional. There is no published service phone, email address or social account in the current contact configuration; use this on-site inquiry route.
Keep sensitive drawings and personal identification out of the initial brief. A suitable method for sending additional files can be discussed during follow-up; this form has no upload function.
Include the date you need to make a decision and the desired delivery date. Business hours and a fixed response interval are not published. Supplier availability and production assumptions must be confirmed separately.
Sending a brief does not reserve goods, confirm an order or establish approval. The next conversation should identify missing specifications and the exact-item documents your team needs.
Prepare the inquiry
List quantities in pieces by size and color. For custom work, describe artwork placement, label visibility, individual packing and carton pack ratio. Ask whether those changes affect the offered model or the evidence supplied with it.
An optional budget should include amount or range, currency and per-piece or whole-order basis. Premium, mid-range, budget or undecided describes your buying preference; no current quotation is needed to start.
If a supplier presents a life jacket as approved, ask for the exact model identity, approval label and supporting documents. We coordinate the request and quotation questions; specialist review and buyer acceptance remain necessary purchasing decisions.
